Instructions: To make this picture frame, start with your favorite pretzel, we used Minis. First a base layer of Minis was glued together using a hot glue gun. Then a second layer was added atop, alternating the spacing between the top and bottom pretzels. This gives it a scalloped look. To finish it, weave holiday ribbon through the pretzels. Glue your favorite photo or card to the back or slip it between the two pretzel layers.
