Ingredients:
1 lb. elbow macaroni
2 T. butter
2 T. flour
2 Cups milk
pinch black pepper
pinch nutmeg
2 Cups grated Cheddar cheese
1 Cup Snyder's of Hanover Pretzel Rods, crushed
1 bell pepper
1 onion (chopped)
1 Cup chopped ham
Instructions:
Cook macaroni until done, yet still firm. Melt butter and add flour. Stir. Add milk and stir until thickened. Add cheese slowly and stir until melted. Saute ham, bell pepper and onion. Add to cheese. Fold cheese mixture into macaroni and top with crushed pretzels. Sprinkle with pepper and nutmeg. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
