Butter Snaps Chicken
Ingredients: 3/4 c. Snyder's of Hanover Butter Snaps pretzels
Boneless skinless chicken breasts
Egg Beaters(r)


Instructions: Soak chicken breasts in Egg Beaters(r). Crush Butter Snaps in a food processor or by hand until fine. Roll chicken in Butter Snaps to coat. Add spices to taste. Bake in oven proof dish at 350 for 40-50 minutes.This recipe was submitted by Pretzel Eaters Club member Jinny Ravin.
