Ingredients:
1 c. finely crushed Snyder's of Hanover Hard Sourdough Pretzels (3-4 pretzels)
1/2 t. seafood seasoning (Old Bay)
1 t. Worcestershire sauce
1 t. dry mustard
1 lb. crabmeat
1 large egg
1/2 t. salt
1/2 c. all purpose flour
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1/4 t. pepper
Instructions:
Remove all shells from crab meat. In a bowl, mix pretzel crumbs, egg, mayonnaise, seafood seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, dry mustard, flour, salt and pepper. Add crabmeat. Gently but thoroughly mix. Shape into 6 crab cakes. Cook crab cakes in frying pan, - in just enough oil to prevent sticking - until browned, about 5 minutes on each side. Crab cakes may be deep fried at 350 for 2 to 3 minutes or over broiled for 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
