Sweet Potatoes with Cranberry Pretzel Topping
Ingredients: 1 large can of sweet potatoes (yams)
5oz. can evaporated skim milk
1 stick of margarine, melted
1/2 c. sugar
1 t. vanilla


Topping:
2 c. Snyder's of Hanover Hard Sourdough Pretzels, chopped
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. brown sugar
1 stick margarine, melted
1 c. whole fresh or frozen cranberries


Instructions: Mash sweet potatoes and combine with evaporated milk, margarine, sugar and vanilla. Press into 8x8 inch baking dish. Combine topping ingredients and spread over sweet potato mixture. Bake in 350 oven for 35 minutes.
