Ingredients:
5 apples, washed and thoroughly dried
5 popsicle sticks
1-bag caramels
12 oz. dark chocolate chips
3 cups Snyder’s of Hanover pretzel Sticks, coarsely chopped
Instructions:
Lightly grease a piece of wax paper – set aside.
Place apples stem side up and partially insert sticks into apples.
Place the chopped pretzels in a small bowl; set aside.
Following directions on bag, microwave caramels until smooth; set aside
Dip apples in caramel, spooning a little over the top to completely cover apples. Place on wax paper; set aside.
In a small microwave-able bowl melt chocolate chips in intervals of 1 minute at 50% power, stirring between intervals until completely smooth.
Dip the caramel-coated apples into the hot chocolate then quickly roll in the chopped pretzels. Place on wax paper. When cool, keep refrigerated.
