Honey Mustard & Onion Chicken Fingers
Ingredients:
1 egg
1 T. water
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves cut into strips 1/2 x 3 inches
2 c. Snyder's of Hanover Honey Mustard Onion Pretzel Pieces, finely chopped
Instructions:
In a small bowl beat egg and water until well combined. Dip chicken strips in egg wash then into honey mustard pretzel crumbs. Place coated strips aside until all are finished. Chicken may be sauted in non-stick frying pan in a small amount of cooking oil. Cook 2 minutes on each side until lightly browned. If desired, chicken strips may be baked in a preheated 400 oven for 7-10 minutes. Serve with Snyder's of Hanover Mustard Flavor Pretzel Dip.
