Pretzel Crust Quiche
Ingredients:
3 Snyder's of Hanover Hard Sourdough Pretzels, finely crushed
3 T. butter, melted
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. sour cream
dash of pepper
1 c. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
1/2 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 2.8oz. can French fried onions
Instructions:
Combine pretzels and butter. Mix well. Pat into sides and bottom of 8 or 9 inch pie pan. Bake 5-7 minutes at 400 until lightly browned. In a small bowl combine eggs, milk, sour cream and pepper. Sprinkle grated cheese and bacon over baked crust. Pour egg mixture over all and top with french fried onions. Bake in preheated 350 oven for 30 minutes until set. Loosely cover onion with foil if they should begin to brown too much. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
