- 1 lb. sushi-grade Ahi tuna, cut into small cubes
- 1 avocado, peeled, pitted, and cut into small cubes
- 1 can whole beet, drained, rinsed, and cut into small cubes
- ½ cup crushed Snyder’s of Hanover Chili Lime Korn Krunchers
- Chili Lime Vinaigrette (recipe follows)
- In a medium bowl, gently toss all ingredients together with the Chili-Lime Vinaigrette. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve. Discard any leftovers.
