Chili Lime Tuna Avocado & Beet Tartare

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. sushi-grade Ahi tuna, cut into small cubes
  • 1 avocado, peeled, pitted, and cut into small cubes
  • 1 can whole beet, drained, rinsed, and cut into small cubes
  • ½ cup crushed Snyder’s of Hanover Chili Lime Korn Krunchers
  • Chili Lime Vinaigrette (recipe follows)

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, gently toss all ingredients together with the Chili-Lime Vinaigrette. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.  Discard any leftovers.
