Hot Bean Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1 can (14 oz.) refried beans
  • 1 jar (16 oz.) salsa
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 cup crushed Snyder’s of Hanover Nacho Grande Korn Krunchers, divided

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350⁰F. Spread the cream cheese on the bottom of a pie plate.
  2. Spread the refried beans on top of the cream cheese base.  Cover with ¾ cup crushed Korn Krunchers.  Spread the salsa on top of the Korn Krunchers layer and then top with cheese.  Sprinkling with remaining crushed Nacho Grande Korn Krunchers.
  3. Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.  Best serve hot. Hint: Can be assembled a day ahead – just heat and serve when you’re ready.
