Pretzel Pumpkin Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 Box of Pumpkin Cake Mix
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup oil
  • 1 ½ cups Snyder’s of Hanover Pretzel Sticks, broken into small pieces
  • 1 ½ cups Snyder’s of Hanover Pretzel Sticks, broken into small pieces
  • Cake Mate Bakery Icing, white

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 360⁰F.  Line a cookie sheet with silicone baking sheet or parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, stir together first 3 ingredients to form a stiff dough; fold in the pretzels and cinnamon chips.
  3. Roll dough into 1 ½” balls; place on prepared cookie sheet 2” apart.
  4. Bake for 10 – 14 minutes; remove from oven and let cool completely.
  5. Once cooled drizzle on Bakery Icing.
