Bake cupcakes according to package directions.
When cooled, frost and decorate the cupcakes; set aside.
Push 3 Mini’s onto a Dipping stick to build the “ribs”, 1 set for each cupcake; set aside.
Squeeze 1 package of Cake Mate White Cake Frosting into a microwave-safe bowl.
In 15 second intervals, stirring between intervals, melt the icing until smooth and semi-liquid.
Working over wax paper or cookie sheet, hold the “ribs” in one hand and pour the melted cake frosting over them, while turning the “ribs” to coat evenly.
Place in fridge to cool completely. Remover and push into each prepared cupcake.
Cut a deep “X” in the center of each marshmallow. Gently open the “x: and push the skeleton “neck” into “X”.
Using Cake Mate Writers, draw faces on each marshmallow.
