Triple Chocolate Caramel Pretzel Cookies


  • 1 box fudge Cake Mix
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 cups Snyder’s of Hanover Chocolate Dips, broken into small pieces (we used a blend of White Chocolate, Milk Chocolate, and Dark Chocolate Dips)
  • 1 cup Caramel Bits or Caramel Squares cut into 8ths
  • Cake Mate Shimmer Sugar


  1. Preheat oven to 350⁰F.  Line a cookie sheet with a silicone baking sheet or parchment paper.

  2. In a large bowl, stir together the Cake Mix, eggs, and oil until a stiff dough forms; gently stir in broken pretzels dips and Caramel Bits.  Roll dough into golf ball size balls and place on cookie sheet about three-inches apart, sprinkle with any remaining pretzels crumbs and sprinkle with Shimmer Sugar.

  3. Bake for 14 - 16 minutes.  Remove cookies from oven and let cool.
