- Garlic flavored hummus
- Two tomatoes, cored and seeded, cut into small chunks
- 2 – ¼” thick slices of Genoa salami
- ½ cup chopped pepperoni
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella or provolone
- 1 cup diced roasted red peppers
- Caesar dressing
- Beginning with the hummus, layer all ingredients, topping off with the Caesar dressing. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
