Cake Mix Banana Muffins with Pretzel Streusel Topping

Ingredients

  • For the Muffins:
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 – 4 mashed ripe bananas
  • For the Streusel:
  • Snyder’s of Hanover Sweet & Salty Cinnamon Sugar Pieces
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup brown sugar, packed
  • ½ cup (4 TBS) butter

Directions

  1. For the muffin:
  2. Preheat oven to 350⁰F. Line two large-size muffin tins with muffin cups.
  3. Manually mix all ingredients together and pour into prepared muffin tins; top with streusel topping (recipe follows).
  4. Bake for 30 minutes or until muffins are firm when lightly pressed in center.
  5. For the Streusel:
  6. In a processor, pulse all ingredients together until butter is evenly dispersed.
