Cinnamon Sugar Apple Wedges


  • 2 cups Snyder’s of Hanover® Cinnamon Sugar Pieces, slightly crushed
  • 1 apple, cored and cut into wedges, dried with paper towel
  • 10 caramel squares
  • 2 tsp water


  1. Place a piece of waxed paper on a plate; set aside. Have the slightly crushed Cinnamon Sugar Pieces in a bowl nearby.

  2. Add the caramel squares and 2 teaspoons of water in a small sauce pan. Over very low heat, melt the caramels, stirring constantly.

  3. When melted, dip an apple wedge half way up then immediately press into the crushed Pieces; place on prepared plate.  Repeat with the remaining apple wedges.
