Easter Cupcake Lambs

Ingredients

  • 9 prepared large cupcakes
  • 1 can white frosting
  • 1 bag mini marshmallows
  • Snyder’s of Hanover Spoonz, broken in half
  • Candy eyes

Directions

  1. Attach two candy eyes on each Spoonz half – using frosting as glue; set aside.
  2. Top each cupcake with a gentle mound of frosting, gently push in a prepared Spoonz half into the frosting on the side of each cupcake.  This is the lamb’s head.
  3. Completely cover the frosted cupcake top with mini marshmallows by gently pushing the marshmallows into the frosting.
  4. Note: You can add decors, such a flowers or sprinkles by using the frosting as “glue”.  If you wish to draw on the lamb’s nostrils, simply dip a fine point paint brush into black food coloring and make the two dots for the nostrils.
