Gluten Free Pretzel-Encrusted Chicken


  • 3/4 c. Snyder’s of Hanover® Gluten Free Mini Pretzels
  • Boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • Egg Beaters®


  1. Gluten Free note: Be sure all ingredients you use in this dish are also gluten free!

    Soak chicken breasts in Egg Beaters®.

  2. Crush gluten free pretzel minis in a food processor or by hand until fine.

  3. Roll chicken in Snyder’s of Hanover® Gluten Free Pretzels to coat.

  4. Add spices to taste.

  5. Bake in oven proof dish at 350 for 40-50 minutes.
