Gluten Free Crispy Marshmallow Pretzel Bars

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup light corn syrup
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • 5 cups crisp rice cereal
  • 2 cups Snyder’s of Hanover Gluten Free Pretzel Sticks (about 75 sticks)
  • 1 cup colored chocolate candies

Directions

  1. Gluten Free note: Be sure all ingredients you use in this dish are also gluten free!

    Grease a 15” x 10” x 1” pan.

  2. In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine sugar and corn syrup. Microwave on high for about 3 minutes or until sugar is dissolved.

  3. Remove from microwave and stir in peanut butter until thoroughly blended.

  4. Add the cereal, gluten free pretzels and chocolate candy; stir until coated.

  5. Press into prepared pan.

  6. Allow to cool and cut into bars.
