Squeeze ½ tube of the frosting in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat on high in 7 second intervals, stirring between intervals until frosting is smooth and somewhat liquid.
Dip the bottom half of the strawberry in melted frosting then dip in the blue sugar crystals; place on wax paper lined plate – blue tip up. Repeat for all the strawberries in your bouquet and place in refrigerator until ready to use.
When ready to present your bouquet, insert a pretzel rod into the cored out area of each strawberry. You can stand the rods in a vase, flower pot, or insert into a melon. Serve immediately.
