Preheat oven to 350°F; line 2 baking sheets with Silpat lining or aluminum foil (if using foil, spray very lightly with cooking spray; on one of the cookie sheets, fill with white chocolate Pretzel Dips in one even layer; set aside.
Place lollipops or hard candies in a plastic bag; crush the candy into small particles by gently hitting with a hammer or rolling pin; pour onto the other prepared cookie sheet and spread into a thin layer. Place in oven and bake for 5 – 10 minutes or until candy has completely melted (warning: the melted sugar is very hot). Remove from oven and scoop up some of the melted candy with a teaspoon. Carefully pour some of the melted candy to fill the two “eyes” of the Pretzel. Let cool until hardened. Note: if in this step the cookie sheet containing the melted candy should cool and the candy is no longer liquid, simply place that cookie sheet back into the oven for a few minutes.
Once the candy “eyes” have completely hardened and cooled, place a drop of Cake Writers gel to create eyeballs.
