Talk to your local store manager to request your favorite Snyder’s of Hanover product. You can also view our online catalog to have your favorite product shipped directly to your door or sent as a gift to a friend or family member. To view the online catalog, go to the Bakery Gift Shop.
- How do I submit a resume to work at Snyder’s of Hanover?:

- Do you offer tours of your manufacturing facility?:
Yes, enjoy a free guided tour through our state-of-the-art production and distribution facility. Call 1-800-233-7125 Ext. 8592 for reservations. When you’re done, stop by our factory store to snack on free samples of freshly made pretzels and snacks and pick up your favorite kind to take with you.
- How can I purchase stock in Snyder’s of Hanover?:
Snyder’s of Hanover is a privately held company and stock options are not available at this time.
- Who do I contact if I have a problem with one of your products?:

- What products do you produce that are gluten free?:
The following list of products are all gluten free: Regular Potato Chips (unseasoned); Ripple Potato Chips (unseasoned); BBQ, Smokey BBQ, Sour Cream and Onion, Salt and Vinegar, Jalapeno, Kosher Dill, and Hot Buffalo Wing Potato Chips; EatSmart Sweet BBQ and French Onion Potato Chips; White Corn Tortilla Chips; Yellow Corn Tortilla Chips; Restaurant Style Tortilla Chips; EatSmart Veggie Crisps (all flavors); Cheese Twists; Buttered Popcorn; EatSmart CheddAirs; EatSmart Soy Crisps (all flavors) and EatSmart Dips (all flavors). MultiGrain Golden Flax Tortillas Strips, Savory Blue Tortilla Strips, Jalapeno Red Tortilla Strips, White Cheese Puffs, Aged Cheddar Cheese Puffs, and Baked Crunchies are also gluten-free.
- Where in Canada can I purchase your products?:
Snyder's of Hanover products are proud to be sold in the following stores in Canada.

- My local grocery store doesn’t carry any Snyder’s of Hanover products. How can I get them into the store?:
Give one of our Customer Service Representatives a call at 1-800-233-7125 Ext. 1410 and we will put you in contact with the sales representative for your area.
- Why are certain products that I like discontinued?:
We constantly strive to maintain a variety of products in the marketplace. If sales indicate that the product is not being received well by consumers, it is usually removed from the line-up and replaced with a new product.
- How can I get a copy of your mail order catalog sent to me?:
Send us an e-mail with your request and your name and complete address and we’ll be happy to send one of our free mail order catalogs to you. Or, call 1-800-233-7125 Ext. 1410 and ask one of our Customer Service Representatives to send one out to you. Visit our online store to see the same great values immediately.
- Can I place a catalog order to be shipped out of the continental United States?:
International mail orders are shipped where possible and not restricted by governmental regulations. Shipping charges may be greater than the cost of the product. Shipping on all international orders is quoted on a per order basis.
- What does the date code stamped on the bag/box mean?:
The date stamped on our products is the expiration date of the product followed by internal manufacturing control numbers. The product is guaranteed to be fresh when opened until that date.
- Are Snyder’s of Hanover products available internationally?:
Yes, we are proud to have brand representation in Germany, United Kingdom, France, Wales, Scotland, Ireland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Japan, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, United Arab Emirates, Israel, Kuwait, Puerto Rico, West Indies, Cayman Islands, Aruba/Curacao and Canada.
